Lizzy Moloto

Executive Producer/Director

Lizzy Moloto is a founder of L'MOL Productions. She was born and bred in Hammanskraal North of Pretoria in 1979. She joined the entertainment industry in 2004 as a model and actress before she could venture into television and film producing. Lizzy studied drama at Market Theatre laboratory and Film directing at AFDA film school. Lizzy is a highly motivated, passionate, and focused person with tremendous people skills and attention to detail in all her work. Her extensive knowledge ensures that the right elements are brought together every time a project is carried out. Very passionate about writing and telling untold South African stories in a unique way. Her eleven years of experience in the entertainment industry includes working with well-known producers and film directors such as: Akin Omotoso, Dan Jawitz, Robby Thorp, Lilian Dube, Dan Roberts, and production houses such as: Soul city, Muvhango, Firework Media, Generations, TOM Pictures, Isidingo, and Youth film makers just to name a few. Lizzy produces and directs her in-house content, projects. e.g. which includes the folowing: Ditokelo Tsa Medupi, The calling, Masheleng drama series, Sisters, Pushy-Passion, Nyaope Gangsters... Lizzy is also involved in community work, in and around the country. Her recent community project includes donating food, clothes and shelter for an orphanage known as "Tshwaraganang" Temba (Hammanskraal).
